Evidence exports support governance review only. From 10 Dec 2026, Australian APP entities must disclose certain substantially automated decisions that significantly affect rights or interests, including the kinds of personal information used. The DTA responsible-AI policy applies to Commonwealth government agencies; other organisations should treat this workflow as governance practice unless separately required.
